Tyson Fury serenades his wife in the ring after beating Wladimir Klitschko

Wladimir Klitschko lost his first fight since 2004 Saturday in Dusseldorf, as 27-year-old British boxer Tyson Fury beat Klitschko by unanimous decision to claim the WBA super, IBF, WBO, IBO and The Ring heavyweight championships. Fury may not have earned many new fans with his actual boxing in what was a dull, ugly bout against Klitschko — but Fury’s post-fight antics made him an instant phenomenon.

As Michael Buffer read the judges’ scores (115-112, 115-112 and 116-111), Fury yelled “and the new!” across the ring, anticipating Buffer’s announcement that would shock the crowd in Dusseldorf.

After the bout, Fury fulfilled a promise to his fans and belted out Aerosmith’s I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing to his wife, Paris (with a defeated Klitschko standing just a few feet away).

Fury revealed that he had just found out that his wife is pregnant earlier in the day. Here’s how he summed up his Saturday in an interview with Sky Sports:
