After a long and emotional pregnancy, Kim Kardashian, 35, has finally welcomed her precious son into the world. The new mommy and her husband Kanye West, 38, and sweet North, 2, were able to meet the new member of the West family on Dec. 5. So exciting!
“Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West, welcomed the arrival of their son this morning. Mother and son are doing well,” Kim announced on her website KimKardashianWest.com. His name was not revealed. A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Kim delivered naturally and that the baby’s middle name is “Robert” to honor her late father, Robert Kardashian.
Kanye held Kim’s hand throughout the delivery and “can’t stop beaming” now that his son is here. Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian were present for the birth.
Just hours before the birth, Kim posted a selfie of her bare baby bump. “Ready whenever you are lol,” she captioned the photo. Well, baby Yeezus was ready! It appears that Kim had no complications with the birth. We’re so happy for her. And fans of the couple are so excited about the baby’s arrival.
HollywoodLife.com told you first back in June 2015 that Kim and Kanye’s baby boy was due in early December. Reports circulated that the baby was due on Christmas Day, but baby Yeezus wanted Christmas to come early!
There’s no official word whether or not Kim had the baby naturally or via C-section. In the week before the baby’s arrival, Kim underwent a procedure to turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position. And it wasn’t a walk in the park. “This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!” Kim wrote on her website.
Kim’s Issues With Her Last Pregnancy
Kim previously admitted in a recent blog post on Oct. 5 that pregnancy has been “the worst experience” of her life. “I’m gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL! I don’t enjoy one moment of it and I don’t understand people who enjoy it. My mom and Kourtney clearly did! More power to them but I just don’t relate!”

She also made sure to let fans know that,“Really, it is all SO worth it when you have your precious baby in the end! So for all my complaining, it’s 100 percent worth it and more!!!”
